| I. Background | |
AMHR2（抗苗勒管激素受體 2 型）是轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β（TGF-β）超家族關(guān)鍵受體，位 于染色體 12q13，由 11 個外顯子編碼 573 個氨基酸的跨膜蛋白，含胞外結(jié)合域、跨膜區(qū)及 胞內(nèi)激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域。其核心功能是與抗苗勒管激素（AMH）結(jié)合，調(diào)控性別 分化：在男性胚胎期，AMH 由睪丸支持細(xì)胞分泌，結(jié)合 AMHR2 后激活 SMAD 信號通 路，促使苗勒管退化，確保男性生殖系統(tǒng)正常發(fā)育；女性因缺乏 AMH，苗勒管發(fā)育為子 宮、輸卵管等。 | |
