HZD-B-8B一體化振動(dòng)變送器

3.安 裝
3.1 安裝位置:垂直或者水平安裝于被測(cè)振動(dòng)點(diǎn)上,將傳感器固定在被測(cè)殼體上,然后將傳器擰在上面吸附即可。
3.2 安裝尺寸及規(guī)范:參看圖一,若變送器安裝位置受到高溫蒸汽等沖刷時(shí),為降低變送器環(huán)境溫度、需加防護(hù)措施,一般情況下可不加防護(hù)。
3.3 接線說(shuō)明:棕色導(dǎo)線接DC24V電源正端,藍(lán)色導(dǎo)線接4-20mA輸出,。連接導(dǎo)線要求有良好的絕緣性能,采用二芯屏蔽電纜。

3. Installation
3.1 Installation Position: Install vertically or horizontally on the vibration measurement point. Fix the sensor onto the measured shell, and then screw the transducer onto it to attach it.
3.2 Installation Dimensions and Specifications: Refer to Figure 1. If the installation position of the transmitter is exposed to high-temperature steam or other corrosive substances, in order to reduce the ambient temperature of the transmitter, protective measures should be taken. Generally, no protection is required.
3.3 Wiring Instructions: The brown wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the 4-20mA output. The connecting wires must have good insulation performance and should be connected using a two-core shielded cable.
3. Important Notes
4. 1 The transmitter should be protected from severe impacts and knocks.
During transportation and storage, it should be placed in a dedicated packaging box.
